ORDER
The petitioner, seeking police protection, has submitted a representation to the respondent Police and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.404 of 2025 and the same was closed on 29.05.2025 that police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not impleaded the necessary parties, who are raising objections for constructing the compound wall.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a petition to implead the objectors along with a petition to 2/4
amend the prayer. These petitions are numbered, however, the same are yet to be listed.
4. Since it is reported that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.404 of 2025 and it was closed on 29.05.2025, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
