The petitioner has submitted an application dated 14.03.2023 requesting them to survey her land situated in Survey No.778/1B2 at Maruthur South-II Revenue Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that these type of applications are considered on seniority basis and based on the petitioner's application, notice has been issued to the concerned parties for conducting survey on 14.08.2023.
