ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.07.2023 passed in I.A.No.7 of 2023 in S.O.P.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2.The above said interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner to reject the main petition itself. That was dismissed by the trial Court. Against the above said dismissal, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel on either submitted that the enquiry process in this case has been already commenced by the enquiry Court. Only at that time, this petition came to be filed. Since the trial process has been commenced, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the enquiry Court itself. There is no rejection of plaint at this stage. 4.With the above said liberty, this civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs.
