ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.206 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to any other jurisdictional Police for conducting free and fair investigation within the time a frame.
2.In pursuance to the directions of this Court, the third respondent has filed the status report. It is not in dispute that on the basis of the compliant given by one Ramar, a case in Cr.No.206 of 2024 came to be registered on 25.07.2024 for the offence under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 309(4) and 351(3) BNS against three persons including the petitioner. It is also not in dispute that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, FIR came to be registered in Cr.No.207 of 2024 on 25.07.2024 for the offence under Sections 303(2) and 351(3) BNS against three persons.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after registration of FIR, they have examined 7 witnesses and the investigation is pending. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in both cases and follow the direction issued by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4587 of 2023 (Batch) dated 08.08.2024. and the second respondent is directed to monitor the same.
