Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KAMESWARAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15144 of 2021 on 06.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15144 of 2021 on 06.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9638 of 2021 No.15144 of 2021 on 06.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
