ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to quash the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth Respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant permission to conduct the Marathon Race on 25.08.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already permission was granted with the route specified therein.

3. In view thereof, since the prayer has been granted, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
