This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents or their men or agents from vacating the petitioner by demolishing the house situate in Door No.106K/19D/1 in T.S.No.40, at Chinnamani Nagar, Tuticorin Town, Tuticorin Taluk and District with boundaries south to east-west road, north to Jeyapandi house, West to Tamilraj House, East to Road without following the procedure as contemplated under Tamil Nadu Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) 2/5

Heard Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and M/s.S.Latha, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that no action has been initiated against the petitioner as alleged in the writ petition.
