ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21123 of 2014 dated 13.03.2020 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 13.03.2020, the respondent police conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint on 31.03.2023 and RCS notice has also been served. Against the same, the defacto complainant filed a protest petition and that was also dismissed. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
