2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioners have assaulted the defacto complainant and caused simple injury to her. Hence, the complaint.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that after completion of investigation, the charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
