as illegal and unsustainable and forbear the respondents from interfering with petitioner s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Resurvey No. 488/11, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22 with E.B service connection NO. KMD241 situated at Kuruthancode Village, Kanyakumari District and pass such further orders. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 30.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,Padmanabhapuram vide the letter in D.No.62/2024 dated 24.01.2024,this Court made the following order:

This Court, while disposing of this writ petition in WP(MD) No.10421 of 2015, dated 30.08.2023 has directed the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of A.S.No.7 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram has circulated a letter, dated 24.01.2024 seeking an extension of one month to conclude the appeal suit that the Officer is holding the post of full additional charge of Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagercoil and the Additional District and Sessions Court, Kuzhithurai. 2/4

2.In view of the above, one month further time is granted to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram to conclude the proceedings in A.S.No.7 of 2015.
