ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 67, 67(A) of Information Technology Act and Section 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.24 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.09.2021, at about 08.20PM, the petitioner sent the obscene images to the cellphone of the defacto complainant and threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and this case has been falsely foisted against him. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases at his credit and the investigation is not yet completed. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the fact that the investigation is not yet completed and that the petitioner is having four previous cases, as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
