Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Tahsildar, Paramakudi by its proceedings, dated 22.09.2022 in Na.Ka.L1/918/2020 rejected the claim of the petitioner seeking issuance of 1/3

patta as the said land has been classified as Held Over and he has also produced the said proceedings, dated 22.09.2022.
