ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from registering any document pertaining to certain survey numbers, pending O.S.No.691 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai. The prayer clearly reveals that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. The registration authorities cannot be directed, not to register any document. However, the petitioner is entitle to raise all his pleas in O.S.No.691 of 2014.

2. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
