ORDER
The petitioner had filed a petition against the second respondent before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. The Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi had issued a direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C on 30.09.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that this direction given by the jurisdictional Magistrate has not been complied with by the first respondent till date. Hence, this petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner had taken a weeks time to produce the document and that thereafter, she did not turn up.
3. Without going into the factual controversy, I direct the petitioner to appear before the first respondent on 16.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m., and produce all the relevant documents. The first respondent shall enquire the petitioner and act as per the direction given by the jurisdictional Magistrate on 30.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
