PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from forming road in the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.165, 175 and 177 of Payathamparai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, admeasuring 4 acres unauthorisedly.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from forming road in the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.165, 175 and 177 of Payathamparai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, admeasuring 4 acres.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Official respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner himself, along with others had executed a registered gift deed in favour of the fifth respondent, gifting the survey numbers in dispute for the formation of a road.

3.In view of the gift deed, dated 07.07.2022 registered as Document No.1536/2022 on the file of the Payathamparai Sub-Registrar, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
