ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 21.12.2017 on file of the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to appoint an expert committee to do the costing for medical and surgical procedure in the hospitals in Tamil Nadu for procedures covered under the Chief Minister Comprehensive Health Insurance Schemes.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
