Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PREM AYYATHURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12796 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, but so far not taken cognizance.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12796 of 2023 on 13.07.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 11/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
