ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2014 and thereby remove encroachments made by the respondents 4 and 5 and others.

2. Heard Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, and also taking into consideration that the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

10.06.2014, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity to the writ petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
