The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.322 of 2012 has already been disposed of on 11.11.2022 and 1/3

nothing further survives in this civil revision petition. Hence he prays this Court to dismiss this civil revision petition as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
