PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.61/3, 62/5, 45/4, 45/5, 45/6, 496/1, 496/2, 496/3 and 38/2 situated at Bodhipuram Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni respectively and fix its boundaries as per the revenue records by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and it would be taken up for further action on seniority basis. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to complete the survey as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
