ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the provisional list of candidates for oral interview scheduled to held from 15.12.2014 to 19.12.2014 on the file of the first respondent, as the same has been issued without clarifying the manner in which the marks have been awarded for the candidates in respect of the basic educational qualification and teaching experience and to direct the first respondent to draw a provisional list afresh clarifying the marks awarded to the candidates for basic educational qualification for Ph.D. Degree holders in consonance with the University Grants Commission Regulations 2009, 2010, and to calculate the teaching experience on the basis of date of completion of the requisite minimum educational qualification.
2. Even though this writ petition is filed for quashing the provisional list of candidates for oral interview scheduled to be held from 15.12.2014 to 19.12.2014, this Court is not inclined to quash the provisional list. 3/6
3. However, the respondents are directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner and provide the details, the method of awarding marks and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.04.2023 1/2 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes sbn 4/6
