[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.K.Abiya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer has received the complaint. The complaint is registered by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Pursuant thereto, penalty has

been imposed upon the respondent No.5 and the amount of penalty has also been recovered from the respondent No.5.

In view of the fact that action has been taken against the respondent No.5, no further order is necessary. 4.
