O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from proceeding with the construction of combined public toilet in Ward No.52, adjacent to the petitioner's house. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Assistant Commissioner, Trichy Corporation, had submitted a letter bearing No., 1/11564/2015, wherein, he had intimated the Standing counsel that originally the place was identified for building of a toilet. But, the said place was not suitable for construction of a toilet and they had dropped their proposal to construct the toilet in the said place.

3.In view of the aforesaid letter, there is no necessity to further adjudicate upon in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
