2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition daily at 10.30 am, for two weeks only.

4.
