Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned suit. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has emphasized that no suit should be kept pending for more than five years.

3. In this view of the matter, the learned District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose of O.S.No.131 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
