The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2014 in respect of plot No.38, at Sivasakthi Nagar, Pudhur Vanidpatti, Madurai.

2.Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.01.2023, notice was sought to be served on the petitioners and the notice that was served on the petitioners was returned with an endorsement that the addressees, namely the petitioners, are no more.
