ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents herein to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet List in H.S.No.236 of 2017 maintained in the third respondent Police Station by considering the petitioner's representation. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner is having four previous cases and his representation dated 08.01.2024 will be considered in the next meeting. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
