ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to remove the writ petitioner's name in the History Sheet List in H.S.No.765 of 2017 maintained in the third respondent police station by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner is having 12 previous cases out of which, six cases are pending for trial and last case came to be registered in 2020. He would further submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023 will be considered in the next meeting. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
