This petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.228 of 2017 pending on the file the second respondent police

2. According to the petitioner, her son died in a suspicious manner and thereby, her husband lodged a complaint and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.228 of 2017 has been registered. Thereafter, they have not conduct proper investigation and so far not filed the final report. Hence, she has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
