This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file final report in Crime No.37 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the final report was already filed on 14.08.2021. The jurisdictional Court is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
