W.P(MD)No.10616 of 2015 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the relief prayed in this writ petition has already been granted by the Government vide G.O(Ms)No.58, Highways & Minor Ports (HR1) Department, dated 04.08.2017 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
