The petitioner, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2020 has filed this Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the above case.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that trial in H.M.O.P.No. 172 of 2020 has been commenced. Since the application is pending for the past two years, a direction may be issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the above petition at the earliest. 3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record. Though notice was ordered, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that the petition is pending from the year 2020 and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that trial has also been commenced, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 172 of 2020, within a period of eight months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
