ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Tahsildar, Vedasanthur had given a written instructions to the Additional Government Pleader that there are no encroachments as on date in S.No.523. As regards the bore well in question, it is said to be located in the patta land of Thiru.Ravichandran. Copy of the decree dated 01.02.2025 made in O.S.No.252 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasanthur had also been produced. If the facts turn out to be incorrect, it is always open to the petitioner herein to have this proceedings reopen. The contempt petition is closed by recording the stand of the respondents.
