PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the Crime No.561 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other Police Station within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent and to expedite its investigation under the direct supervision of the 1st respondent.

O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.561 of 2017 from the second respondent to respondent No.1 or any other Police Officer.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and Crime No.561 of 2017 was closed as "Undetected" and a report was also filed on 24.07.2018 by the learned Magistrate by serving a copy of the RCS notice in the year 2018 itself.
3. Since investigation has already been completed, this petition which is filed seeking for transfer of investigation becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court, in case, if she intends to challenge the charge sheet.
