Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that license had been issued in favour of the petitioner and that the petitioner's unit is very much functioning as on date. Since the department itself has accepted the petitioner's request, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
