C-47D To direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.703/2023 on the file of the 5th respondent to Crime Branch Crime Investigation Department (CBCID) and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to supervise the investigation and file final report in accordance with law.

ORDER

Today the matter came up for hearing under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 02.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14126 of 2024 shall be substituted by the following:

"5. The fifth respondent police is directed to obtain the RFSL report from the forensic laboratory at the earliest and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the 5th respondent police is directed to appraise the progress of the investigation to the 2nd respondent every Friday. The 2nd respondent is also directed to monitor the investigation from time to time."
