The petitioners admittedly had availed loans from the respondents 4 to 14. The petitioners are now alleging that the creditors are now threatening them with dire consequences. If that be so, it is for the petitioners to lodge a complaint under the provisions of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003. No relief can be granted under Section 482 of CrPC. It is open to the petitioners to workout their remedies in the manner known to law.
