ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition will have to be allowed in view of the order dated 13.07.2023 made in W.P. (MD)No.19501, 19457 to 19460 of 2014.
3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioner has given in writing that since she had already sold the property, she does not want to pursue the matter.
4. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed. Liberty is given to the subsequent purchasers to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
