O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to comply with the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.5429 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.271 of 2023 against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC.

3.Since the very purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been fulfilled on account of registration of the FIR, this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
