O R D E R

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the minor children namely, Krithik Roshan and Adhavan. The petitioner alleges that they are missing and that the respondents have to produce them.

2.Based on the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.205 of 2023 was registered by Colacheal Police Station. The respondents have filed status report. The stand of the respondents is that the minor children were found entering harbour and that they have not been seen ever since. The respondents appear to have done their very best. However, it is stated in the status report that investigation is still proceeding. We are satisfied 2/4

that it is proceeding in the right direction. Keeping this habeas corpus petition pending is not going to serve any purpose. 3.This habeas corpus petition is closed accordingly. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
