The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.07.2023 to the 3rd respondent for issuance of patta for the land in Survey No.283/9B and 292/1A situated at Kudagipatty Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.On 28.08.2023, when this writ petition was taken up for admission, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner's application has been considered and it was rejected on the ground that Survey No.292/1A is classified as a water body and other Survey No.283/9B is classified as a road in the 'A' Register.

3.Since there was no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition was ordered to be listed on 30.08.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today (30.08.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above and considering the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader that this petitioner's representation has already been rejected, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
