ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the documents that have been already registered. The respondents have retained the said document on the ground that proceedings under Section 47-A(1) of the Indian Stamp Act is pending. However, on instructions, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the document involved in the present writ petition has already been released. The said fact is recorded. No further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
