O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies seeking a direction as against the first respondent to consider the proposal forwarded by the second respondent on 23.06.2025.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner wants to rectify the pay anomaly. To the said extent, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent. The second respondent has forwarded the said representation to the first respondent on 25.07.2024 and the same is pending. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the second respondent on 2/4

25.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
