call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.T6/23742/2019, dated 16.03.2020 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to give separate patta in petitioner's name by rectifying the entry in patta No.2588 of the land in S.No.674/A situated at Maruthanvalvu Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the order rejecting the petition filed by the petitioner to delete the name of the respondents 4 to 8 in patta No.2588 of the land in S.No.674/A situated at Maruthanvalvu Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the private respondents would submit that the private respondents have already given their consent as they have no connection whatever with the property in dispute and they 2/4

have also filed an affidavit before this Court stating that they have no objections for deletion of their names.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that since the private respondents have filed affidavit stating their no objections, the second respondent may be directed to delete their names in the revenue records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the private respondents have filed affidavit stating that they have no objections for deleting the names and as such, the third respondent is directed to delete the names of the respondents 4 to 8 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner and such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 10.04.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/4
