ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Junior Engineer, who was employed in the respondent Department seeking a Mandamus to pass orders on his representation, dated 10.06.2025 relating to refixation of his pay scale.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Department brought to the notice of the Court that, on 16.06.2025 certain clarifications have been called for from the writ petitioner. However, they have not been produced.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court that, the clarification along with relevant documents have been 2/5
forwarded to the second respondent on 29.07.2025, who is expected to forward the proposal to the first respondent.
4. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the files to the first respondent, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent in turn is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, thereafter.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
