2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that the it is a issue between the husband and wife. Over which, the father-inlaw gave complaint against this petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.Let the petitioner appear before respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
