ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to issue the non-traceable certificate in respect of the registered settlement deed dated 30.04.1992. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner is registered as CSR.No.663 of 2022 dated 29.12.2022 and the same is pending consideration. It is submitted further that as per the circular issued by the office of the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Chennai-4, dated 01.04.2022, who ever files an application for issuance of certificate of non traceable of any document or otherwise, the petitioner requires to follow certain requirements as narrated in the said circular memorandum.

3.Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application by following the conditions stipulated in the circular dated 01.04.2022 and on making of such application, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the same without any delay and take appropriate action as required. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
