This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.15 of 2021 of District Crime Branch, Trichy, Trichy District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Trichy, in E-filing No.37270 of 2023.
