Side) would submit that final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate through e-filing. Therefore, report was called for from the concerned Magistrate. Report has been received stating that the final report has been taken cognizance and the case was posted for appearance of accused persons. Since the final report has been taken cognizance, the prayer sought for in this case has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the contents of the final report, if so aggrieved. 2/4
