ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 30.06.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting them to survey his land in Survey Nos.85/1B and 85/2B situated at Sampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a survey, after 2/4

issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
